When Carter 4 came out on August 29th it was projected to sell between 700.000-850.000 copies. After the first full day of sales numbers went up to 870.000-900.000 copies, and now it’s in the range of 925-975k. Whatever the case may be it will surely mark the biggest sales week for a hip-hop album (or one by a male artist), since his own “Carter III” sold 1.01 million on the June 28, 2008. We know that Carter 4 broke the iTunes record for first-week U.S. album sales in just four days with a total over 300k. Previous record was set just two weeks ago by Jay Z and Kanye West’s Watch the Throne at 290k.

What do you think, can Weezy sell a million copies of Carter 4 first week?
